Ir. Prof. Dr. Jeffrey Chiang
Director
Ir. Prof. Dr. Jeffrey Chiang is a distinguished civil and structural engineer with over 30 years of experience in engineering, academia and professional leadership. He is a Professional Engineer with Practising Certificate (BEM), Professor of Civil Engineering at SEGi University, and Immediate Past President of The Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM). He has contributed significantly to the development and review of Malaysian structural design standards, including MS EN 1992 (Concrete Structures) and MS EN 1998 (Earthquake Resistance). His extensive industry and technical expertise strengthens CRT Manufacturing’s commitment to engineering excellence, innovation and sustainable construction solutions.
